Reporting someone, or something you've seen

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users on Last Swipe. If you see either, tell us — in the app or by email, whichever is easier.

We act on reports of objectionable content or abusive behaviour within 24 hours — removing the content and suspending or permanently banning the account responsible where warranted. Photos are screened automatically before they ever appear, and anything our systems confirm as explicit comes down immediately, without waiting for a human.

If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. We can remove an account; we cannot send help.

Blocking

Blocking is instant and permanent unless you undo it. You can see everyone you've blocked, and unblock them, in Settings → Blocked people.

Deleting your account

Settings → Delete account. It happens immediately: your profile, photos, matches, and messages are erased from our servers, and we revoke our connection to your Apple account. There is no grace period and no way to undo it. An account left unused for 30 days is deleted automatically as well.

Your one-time Unlimited purchase belongs to your Apple Account, not to your Last Swipe profile — if you come back, tap Restore purchase on the paywall and it follows you.

Your data

Settings → Export my data gives you a machine-readable file with your profile, photos, matches, the messages you sent, and your swipes — instantly, whenever you want. Privacy questions go to [email protected]; the Privacy Policy has the full detail.

Purchases

Last Swipe is free, with 100 swipes a day. Seeing who likes you is free too. The only thing you can buy is unlimited swipes, once — no subscription, no boosts, nothing that moves you up anyone's deck.

Bought it and don't have it? Tap Restore purchase on the paywall. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Common questions

Why do I have to turn on location? Last Swipe only shows you people within the distance you choose, so it cannot build a deck without knowing roughly where you are. We ask iOS for reduced accuracy on purpose — about neighbourhood level — and other people only ever see a rounded distance, never where you are.

Why can I only have ten matches? That's the point of the app. A match you're never going to message isn't an achievement, it's clutter. Ten at a time, and you have to let one go to make room.

Why is my photo taking a moment? Every photo is screened before it goes live. If our screening is temporarily unavailable we will ask you to try again rather than publish an unchecked photo.

Do I have to verify my face? No. It's optional, it only adds a badge, and the app works fully without it. If you do, the selfies are deleted as soon as they've been checked.

Last Swipe is only available in the United States right now.
